On February 20th 1880 Helena was a sponsor at the baptism of Helena Mary Larkin in the Pro Cathedral in Dublin. Helena Larkin was the daughter of Timothy Larkin a neighbour of the Kiberds in. In the church record Helena Kiberd's name is misspelled as KELARD. Helena's younger sister, Maria Kiberd, married a Timothy Larkin of 71 Gt Britain st on 20th June in 1897.
